What contains the identity of your company? A simple question at first sight. But with much more to it. Like: how does the identity feel for your customer? And for your people? Are they aware of this identity? Does the identity match the true spirit, the soul of the company? How does the identity manifest itself in day-to-day reality?
We believe that a company will perform at its optimum when it possesses a powerful, authentic identity, clear for everyone to be seen and to be felt. That includes the company’s ‘habitat’.
In our workshop your people will learn to experience that identity while using powerful metaphors, supplied by nature. They will look at common issues in an unorthodox manner. During the process they will become aware of the impact they, as an individual, (could) have on the company and its habitat.
